Kronos. The logical time, the sequence of events; the flow of history in a quantitative perspective, which knows no intervals.
Kairos, the beloved, gentle, misunderstood and often absent brother; for the Ancient Greeks is the right and appropriate Time; the instant in which something special happens; the time of revelation, the Moment Divine. Through color nuances almost unapparent, the note, or the verb, which gives the last necessary and inescapable meaning to the Work; for the Eastern Orthodox liturgy is the encounter with the Eternity. We are waiting as zealous scouts for the Eternal Beauty, faithful to mysterious gifts of Synchronicity. They will pass. We will be there, with wide open eyes.
Kairos # 9doors is a meta-photographic experiment designed in a on-line and immersive space;
The 9 doors are open as many rooms populated by entities from different periods, spaces and views. All images like voices, capable of telling their stories; 9 sections to give rise to a sort of personal taxonomy oriented to the boundless universe of figures that reverberate in our souls, in the aim of recognize and capture the “right” image.
A search born from desire; an attempt to retain more than those personal memory images that we meet on a daily basis. Ephemeral images, like any human thing, that leave not indelible signs;
